Ron was a tremendous help getting our new used car repaired. We have lived many places and had many mechanics over the years. None of them has been as knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair as Ron at Complete Auto Repair.

I had a shroud that fell off of the bottom of my Honda. It was damaged from scraping the road. Ron took time from his busy day to go to the Honda dealer and pick up the part himself. I was in and out of there in a little over an hour. You can't beat that.

I've been using Complete Auto Repair for my cars for the past few years. They have been excellent. But, I think the true indicator of a company's excellence is how they take care of problems when something goes wrong. It is inevitable if you use a company, any company, long enough that there will be a problem. We recently had a problem with work done on one of our cars. It doesn't matter what the work was. Sufice it to say that it was of medium complexity. On Friday, a couple of days after the work was done it was clear that there was a problem. I phoned Complete Auto and was asked to bring the car right in. They did not hesitate to acknowledge that there was a problem with the repair. They began to work on it. But since it was late on Friday, they could not finish it. Ron committed to coming in on Saturday to fix the problem. Not only did Ron fix it on the weekend, but he personally delivered the car to my home along with a completely unnecessary letter of apology. Complete Auto Repair is, without a doubt, a company that not only does excellent work but stands by their work 110%!

The people at CAR did a great job fixing my vehicle. They had a minor setback due to the batteries being worthless, totally no fault of theirs, and was patient while I managed to get replacements so they could finish my job. They completed the job in a very reasonable time frame and the price was a lot less than I anticipated. I will NOT hesitate calling them again if services are needed. The maintenance man explained the procedure and what was happening which I am grateful for. The office staff was also pleasant to work with. I was surprised at the end when they accepted my check instead of charging me on a card which would have costs more these days. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to all that work there.

This business did a great job at a very reeasonable price. I would not hesitate to go back for additional services. The entire staff were polite and very friendly.
