Bad costumer service. Made an appointment for 9am, but when I came they said to come at 2.30. Took day off at work for it and it was for nothing
I am sorry there was confusion as to your scheduled appointment time. Our system had you scheduled for the alignment at 2:30pm and when you arrived at 9am we were unable to take scheduled customer vehicles off the lift to accommodate. We truly strive to provide great customer service and to honor all appointments as is obvious by us having hundreds of positive reviews. Once again I apologize and sincerely hope you find a facility to provide the service you are needing.

Convenience fees have become the standard and hopefully more and more business like us will offer cash discounts in order to keep our services affordable. Credit card companies have held small businesses hostage for to long and forced price increases can add thousands of dollars to operating expenses.
