Excellent customer service. Had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle and Ron explained exactly what it needed without me feeling pressured to get it done. It ended up needing a new motor unfortunately but very pleased with the service. I had my vehicle back within a week! Would definately use them again in the future.

Highly recommend this place. I’ve tried getting my truck fixed while living across the country and no wanted to help, forget trying to even fix it. This is the third shop I’ve tried and you know the saying…third time is a charm. From day one talking to Mary she’s been nothing but polite, honest, respectful, and straightforward and started helping me from the start by recommending a great tow company to tow my truck to the shop. I’ve also gotten the pleasure to speak with Ron as well. They both have been absolutely amazing in helping me get my truck fixed and faster than I anticipated. Thank you both for everything. I truly appreciate you. Highly recommend them you won’t find anyone better!!!

I truly hope you made it back home safely. I hope you are able to get the repairs made to your vehicle that we advised against once you were back home. Once your car was run without oil, the damage was excessive to the internal parts of your engine and I truly felt that the repairs exceeded the value so I advised you not to spend the money. It's to bad you felt my shop deserved a 1 star review when all we did was try to help and I even helped you load your vehicle onto the tow-dolly so that you could take it back home. I wish you well and hope you all the best.

Bad costumer service. Made an appointment for 9am, but when I came they said to come at 2.30. Took day off at work for it and it was for nothing

I am sorry there was confusion as to your scheduled appointment time. Our system had you scheduled for the alignment at 2:30pm and when you arrived at 9am we were unable to take scheduled customer vehicles off the lift to accommodate. We truly strive to provide great customer service and to honor all appointments as is obvious by us having hundreds of positive reviews. Once again I apologize and sincerely hope you find a facility to provide the service you are needing.

Charges for the use of credit cards for payment. Service was good.

Convenience fees have become the standard and hopefully more and more business like us will offer cash discounts in order to keep our services affordable. Credit card companies have held small businesses hostage for to long and forced price increases can add thousands of dollars to operating expenses. We very much appreciate your business and we truly hope to earn your business in the future based on our quality of our service.

Once again, i have to give 5 stars! No waiting for appointments, fast service, friendly receptionist, honest and very thorough. This is the only car repair shop i will go to!
