Best breakdown experience I ever had! Lost my transmission while in Port Charlotte visiting from out of town which should have resulted in a complete disaster. While standing on the side of the road with my 10 year old daughter, I read the Google reviews, contacted Ron and he got me to the shop immediately and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Needed a new transmission even though had it replaced in Ocala two months earlier. (This diagnosis was later confirmed in Ocala.) Because of the situation I was in, I would have gladly paid Ron to install a new transmission. Yet, rather than taking advantage of my misfortune, he convinced me to have my vehicle towed back to Ocala so the shop there could do the warranty work which saved me about $3000. Next, he arranged a car rental and tow service and called me several days later to ensure my vehicle made it safely back and had been repaired. By the way, he did not charge me one penny for his time or efforts! I can't thank him enough for his honesty and integrity and I only wish his shop was located in Ocala as he would be my only mechanic!

I absolutely dread taking any of my vehicles to a mechanic. I'm always afraid of the damage it's going to due to my wallet. I took my vehicle in to Complete Auto Repair on a wing and a prayer and after the positive reviews I read on Google. I've got to say it was an absolute delight. From the first time I called they were friendly courteous and really went above and beyond to make what's normally a pain in the butt a pleasurable and surprisingly "less expensive" trip then I thought. I highly recommend these guys as they go out of their way to get your vehicle running at its best but only selling you the parts and service you need. Took our Nissan in for what we thought was a transmission issue, turned out to be the catalytic converter, a much less expensive fix. They called to explain the problem in detail and the cost. Honest and friendly, an all around nice place and quick service too. As a woman, taking your vehicle to the mechanic is not always a pleasant experience but I felt very comfortable at Complete Auto Repair and would highly recommend them.

Take your vehicle here for an honest evaluation of the service your car needs. They will tell you if it's not worth fixing, and also look at estimates from other auto repair shops. You know your money is well spent. The repairs under a 2-year warranty, longer than any other shop. It is good anywhere in the country! My favorite feature - free windshield wipers with an oil change. Best unadvertised deal around!

If there is any doubt or concern in your head at all, driven by the countless "shadey" mechanics out there, ignore it! Ron blew my expectations out of the water, with complete, honest, straight forward knowledge and expertise. I am a DIY mechanic myself, and so I know enough to get myself into trouble. But, I also have a pretty good idea of when someone else is blowing smoke. Ron and his team are not the "typical" mechanic crew. They are very polite, very well priced, and very personable. Without any hesitation, I can confidently advise anyone to take their vehicle there, and know they will be taken care of! Way to go Complete Auto!

Here's a real deal that I have never seen. With every oil change, they will change your windshield wiper blades - for free! Who does this? With your consent, they also put in an engine oil supplement that actually provides a warranty. This too is free. I relaxed in a nice waiting room, and enjoyed the experience of NOT getting pitched for additional work. The total bill was $30 plus tax. The owner also holds an annual party for his customers, with antique cards, free lunch, and entertainment. Again, who does that?

These guys are honest and really care about their customers. Stop looking for other local mechanics this is your full service, mechanic with integrity and the desire to help the community he lives in. Ron the owner donates time and money to multiple community organizations and he has won Best Auto Repair shop from the LOCAL newspaper like 3 years in a row ...
