We took our good old 2002 Toyota Camry into Ron at Complete Auto. We had been looking for a shop to thoroughly look over our car and take care of all the issues we had neglected for the last several years. Ron's staff identified a number of issues {issues that our previous shop had been asked to look into... but never located} and had our car running like brand new. I did have a small billing issue {caused by a new software glitch} that I addressed with Ron. He reviewed my invoice, understood what had caused the error, and made it right. Based on our experience, Complete Auto Repair gets our highest recommendation.

Wow! I will never go anywhere else. My Fiat decided to have shifter cable problems (??). I called different shops around Charlotte County and every place I called, I felt rushed off the phone or given attitude saying, "it's impossible to give you a quote over the phone." Finally, I called complete auto repair. A man named Jim picked up the phone and was so friendly. I felt like he really wanted my business and to help me. He could not completely answer all my questions and asked if he could research them further and contact me afterwards. Within thirty minutes he called me back with answers. I had my car towed to them at 5pm, and by noon the next day I was good to go! And get this; the total bill was significantly less than what I was quoted! What a great surprise! I truly appreciate their honesty and amazing customer service!

Seems like a really good place easy to get to if you know your way around but for somebody like snow birds that don't live here permanently but never find this place so I think it's important to put your advertising APUSH Facebook social media whatever it takes to get well know

Ron Morgan and his staff are the best! They are honest and go the extra mile. He was a big help to us, checking out other issues in the car at no extra cost to the original estimate. They don't nickel and dime anyone. I had some issues with my car, and insurance companies not wanting to cover damages, and even though They didn't know me, or have any guarantee I would have them repair the car, they spent significant time helping me deal with the insurance company at no cost whatsoever. This is local business at its best. I would absolutely recommend Complete Auto Repair!

Save money and go to complete auto first. They are honest and knowledgeable. The 2 year parts warranty is great. Best auto service in Charlotte County

Needed an emergency repair and the shop was able to see me right away. All involved were friendly and professional and the price was reasonable. Good experience.

Sorry just had to report my perspective. A $48 oil change didn't seem like a competitive price to me and neither did $90 diagnostics. Maybe I was spoiled where I come from a good deal was $19-29 for oil, and free diagnostic if you get it repaired with them. I made the appointment based on the yelp reviews touting honesty, free wiper blades, perks and whatnot... but FYI none of that came with my oil change. I don't want to dog the place. They were nice enough and maybe we'll chalk it up to the quality of the products they use. Maybe they're great mechanics? Didn't stay to find out. SOMEWHAT TROUBLING: They said one caliper was cracked.... suspicious because those things rarely do that on this vehicle. I called at least 5-7 other mechanics about their rates on fixing it. Finally found someone and lo and behold.... it was NOT cracked!! Perfectly sound. Not a thing wrong with it. So... was it a false alarm? An honest mistake? Or were they wanting to pull-one on an unsuspecting innocent to make a cool little $200 cash in a strapped economy? I honestly don't know what to think. Anyway, I'm very glad others have had stellar wonderful experiences here. The people I dealt with just weren't one's I'd chose again.

I have known Ron for several years and I am fully impressed with the way he handles things and the way he treats his customers. He is very honest and a man of integrity. They were able to get me in right away and quoted me a very fair price. The wife even drove me home while they finished the job. Very impressed!!
